I'm such a slacker....for shame! :o

Not much new has been happening with us lately. Just the same old stuff. Chris has been super busy with papers for his Masters and I've been working a couple days a week subbing at schools and subbing for the daycare as well. We can't wait for Christmas! Getting so excited and it will be so nice to relax, eat yummy food and hang out with friends and family.

I've got a lot of scraps to show since last time because once again I left it sooo long! I'm terrible. Really I can say that I'll try to be better about it, but I just don't know if it'll happen. I'm just like that sometimes, lazy! LOL!

Me in my band uniform praciticing my French Horn when I was in highschool! LOL! Boy do I miss that! It was a great time! Hmm so I can't seem to upload my scraps now, so I'll try again tomorrow. Oops! Have a great night! :)

Another Tag from Shawna!! LOL! :)

These are the rules to play blogtag:

List 5 weird things about yourself or your pets. Tag 5 friends and list them. Those people need to write on their blogs about 5 weird things, and state the rules, and tag 5 more people. Don't forget to let the people you tag know by posting a comment on their blog!

Here are my weird things:
1. I buy tons of book and never have the ambition to read most of them.
2. I like dried squid. (Thanks to living in Korea for a year!)
3. I've eaten an animal that most people have as pets...of course it was SO unintentional! (Korea again)
4. I love watching Degrassi: The Next Generation (a show for teens!).
5. I like putting things in certain spots and if they are moved I absolutely can't stand it and have to put them back where I put them!

Now I tag: Amie, Paula May, Krystal, Beth, and Chloe.

the last of the new scraps...for now at least! :)

Eeeeek!! Bad bad bad blogger! :o

Well, I've totally not felt like blogging at all. Ooops! Sorry to any readers out there. I've been working quite a bit, as well as scrapping and just haven't had the ambition to write about my boring life! LOL!

But, I've seen that Shawna has tagged me, so can't turn up that chance to let people know a little more about me! :)

Here are the rules: List seven songs you are into right now. No matter what the genre, whether or not they have words, or even if they’re not any good, but they must be songs you’re really enjoying now. Post these instructions in your blog along with your seven songs. Then tag seven other people to see what they’re listening to.

1. "I am a Mountain" by Sarah Harmer.
2. "Faith" by George Michael. I can't ever get sick of that song! LOL!
3. "You Wouldn't Like Me" by Tegan and Sarah.
4. "Twin Cinema" by The New Pornographers.
5. "Modern World" by Wolf Parade.
6. "Power Out" by Arcade Fire.
7. "For the Price of a Cup of Tea" by Belle and Sebastian.

Ok...now I tag: Paula May, Beth, miyon, Amie, and Marisa!

Such a bad blogger, but with good reason!

Wednesday night I started getting sick. Blah! My voice was hoarse from talking/reading to children all day and then the next morning I find that I have no voice!!! :o Oh my! And so all day I work at a daycare Thurs. and Fri. with no voice. That was interesting to say the least! LOL! I think maybe I let the kids get away with a lot more that usual! ;) Sat. it seemed to be getting worse, but luckily it got better. I can talk now but I sound a little funny and I've got a runny nose and a nasty cough! GRR! I hate being sick. I went to the walk in clinic on Saturday to find out what is wrong and it's a viral infection...not much to be done except take advil and cough syrup!

So, I've been in the house all weekend pretty much and this is what I've done with my time, besides watch some movies! LOL!

This scrap was done as a scraplift of Deanna's scrap Rylee ( http://www.thedigichick.com/gallery/showphoto.php/photo/18569/what/allfields/name/Cynnder/name/Cynnder/mcats/all ) as part of a challenge at another site.
